Bread&Good combines European technologies and opportunities for enzyme development to improve the quality of flour and baked goods.

In 2018, we launched production in the direction of:
• complex improvers (enzyme flour correctors)
• Clean Label (EC enzyme complex)
• bakery mixes Clean Label
• confectionery mixes


The production is located in an ecologically clean region of the Rostov region (Aksai district) and is equipped according to leading international food standards.
The enterprise has a food safety management system GOST R ISO 22000-2019
